Type N Mortar
Standard exterior repointing mix — color-matched to the existing joint.
Type N mortar (750 PSI) is the right choice for re-pointing soft historic brick. We custom-blend pigments to match the original joint within a half-shade.
Stainless Caps
Marine-grade stainless chimney caps that won't rust streaks down your siding.
304-grade stainless mesh and crown caps stop water, animals, and embers. Lifetime stainless, lifetime warranty — no rust runoff staining your siding ever.
Three-Coat Stucco
Scratch, brown, and finish — applied over diamond lath for a true cement stucco wall.
Real Portland-cement stucco in three coats over diamond-mesh metal lath, with a vapor barrier behind. The way stucco was meant to be built — not the one-coat synthetic shortcut.
Brick Veneer
Heritage clay brick laid with proper weeps and through-wall flashing.
Brick veneer is only as good as the flashing behind it. We install through-wall flashing, weep holes every 24 inches, and a clear airgap between brick and sheathing.
