We learned the hard way what unsettles a homeowner most: surprise change-orders, a wrecked yard, and a contractor who vanishes the day the deposit clears. So we built a small set of promises that protect you from all three.

NJ Registered Home Improvement Contractor. Every structural pour and interlocking paver field carries our written workmanship warranty — up to 10 years, depending on the materials you choose.
Foundations are the part of the house that has to last forever — and the part that costs the most to fix later. We pour reinforced footings below frost depth, lay CMU true to a level string line, and damp-proof every below-grade course.
Whether you're adding a garage, finishing a basement, or stabilizing an older home, every job is built to the current NJ residential code and signed off by the local inspector before we backfill.

Standard concrete masonry units for residential foundations, piers, and load-bearing cores.
We use NJ-approved CMU rated to 1,900–2,800 PSI. Laid running-bond with full mortar bedding and head joints. Reinforced vertical cells grouted solid where the plans call for it.

Code-spec footing depth and width, with #4 or #5 rebar tied per engineered drawings.
Trenched 36 inches below grade (NJ frost line), formed to 16-inch width minimum, with #5 rebar tied in two horizontal runs and vertical dowels into the wall above. Inspected before pour.

Where slabs and continuous walls call for it — formed, vibrated, and finished smooth.
4,000 PSI mix, mechanically vibrated to consolidate, and finished to plan — broom, magnesium, or troweled-smooth. Cured under wet burlap or curing compound for full strength.

Below-grade asphaltic membrane plus drain board — water stays outside the basement.
Two-coat asphaltic damp-proofing, dimpled drainage board, and a 4-inch perforated drain tile tied to daylight or a sump pit. Three lines of defense against hydrostatic pressure.

I sub them on every foundation pour I run in Monmouth. Codework is spotless. They never push a schedule and they never miss an inspection.

Garage addition foundation. They worked around our existing patio without a single chipped paver. The block work is dead-plumb.

Older basement that was always damp. Sioux exposed the wall, damp-proofed it properly, ran new drain tile to a sump. Dry through a 4-inch storm last fall.
