We learned the hard way what unsettles a homeowner most: surprise change-orders, a wrecked yard, and a contractor who vanishes the day the deposit clears. So we built a small set of promises that protect you from all three.

NJ Registered Home Improvement Contractor. Every structural pour and every interlocking paver field carries our written warranty.
Most paver patios in New Jersey lose their finish in 6–8 years: sand washes out, joints sprout weeds, and a few stones dip from settling. The good news? You almost never have to replace them — you have to restore them.
We pull and re-lay the sunken sections on a fresh sand bed, deep-clean the entire surface, refill the joints with polymeric sand, and seal it all in with a breathable wet-look finish that protects the color without trapping moisture.

Hardens once activated — locks pavers in place and resists weeds, ants, and washout.
A poly-modified silica sand swept into the joints, then mist-activated. Once cured it locks like soft mortar — flexible enough to move, hard enough to stop weeds for years.

Breathable, slip-rated finish that deepens stone color without leaving a plastic sheen.
Solvent-based, breathable sealer that soaks into the paver — not a topical film. Deepens natural color, repels oil and water, and lets the patio breathe in our wet climate.

Coarse concrete sand used to re-set settled or sunken paver sections to true level.
When a section settles, we lift the affected pavers, screed in a fresh coarse-concrete-sand bed to spec, and re-lay each stone to the original pattern with hair-tight joints.

Buried PVC or steel restraints reinstalled where the field edge has shifted out of line.
Edge restraint is what stops the perimeter pavers from creeping outward over time. We re-spike or reinstall buried restraints anywhere the field has drifted out of plane.

Our 12-year-old patio looked like a weed garden. Power-wash, polymeric, then sealed. Looks brand new — the cost was a tenth of replacing it.

Two sunken sections by the pool that I'd given up on. They pulled the stones, re-set the bed, dropped them back exactly where they were. Magic.

Edge of the patio had crept out from the lawn over the years. Sioux re-spiked the buried restraint and reset the perimeter. Clean line, no more creeping.
